Active Ageing Programme


Active Ageing 2021 - On-site temp suspended

Supported by South East CDC and a core group of volunteers on a weekly basis, we conduct activities for seniors such as Zumba Gold, Line Dance, Rummy-O, English Classes, Cooking Demos and more. Through regular and ad hoc activities we reach out and promote a healthier lifestyle for the seniors in our community.

Our Weekly Active Ageing Programme, also affectionately called Happy 106, engaged over 800 participants in the last financial year. Seniors aged 50 and above who are able to move around independently are welcomed to join our regular interest groups and ad hoc workshops.

Health Talks & Ad hoc Workshops are also periodically conducted under our Active Ageing Programme. We have frequent health talks conducted by Changi General Hospital Community Nursing team and also engage external parties to run relevant workshops for our seniors.

  • I find the exercises fun and light-hearted, even though I feel aches during the exercise, it is part of the process, but after the session, I feel happier and more relaxed.
