Empowering Lives with Dignity and Purpose

At Bethesda Care Services, we aim to reach out to the community to uplift those struggling with sustainable solutions and resilience, enabling them to overcome their challenges and thrive in life. Because we believe that everyone deserves to live well with dignity and purpose, our services are designed with one end goal in mind – empowering lives.

Empowering Lives Begins with You

Needs of the Community | Our Works

Our new youth department, YouthSpace, uses street culture, drop-in centre and ad hoc events to engage and create a community for the youths.

BCS @ College East helps ITE youths to build resilience, connect with mentors and peers to serve the community.

We care for the needs of the frail and aged through our Meals-on-Wheels (MOW) as well as Medical Escort & Transport (MET) services which helps to send seniors for their medical check-ups and follow-ups at hospitals and polyclinics. Under our Active Ageing Program, we also conduct a range of empowering and engaging activities weekly that seek to promote both physical and cognitive health among seniors.

Families are often faced with many challenges, and sometimes require a helping hand. We provide welfare services in the form of food rations, grocery vouchers and bursary awards. Through counselling and casework, we provide practical assistance as well as emotional and mental well-being. Our Family Connect and Community Bonding events strengthen the foundational bonds of families and build a caring community.

Restoring Families director

Sunshine Club focuses on character development. Every 6 months, the centre adopts a new character trait theme such as patience, courage, etc. Extensive holiday programs and activities focus on instilling these character traits, and also encourage students to develop healthy social practices and emotional regulation skills.
