Family Connect

Family Services

Strong relationships and bonds within the family profoundly impact the lives of every individual. Through bonding activities and experiential workshops planned with the help of a committed pool of volunteers, we aim to promote family cohesiveness, especially amongst some underprivileged families. These events provide parents with both the opportunity to bond with their children and to exchange parenting tips with other parents.

  • Pizza Making Session

  • I decided to come for the family camp because the itinerary had sandcastle building which I thought my children will enjoy. Indeed they did enjoy it very much. For myself, I benefitted a lot, bonding with my family and also learning from the other mothers. They encouraged me and shared their own experiences of children going through different phases and how to handle misbehavior.

  • Right from the start, I was very impressed that the full time staff were mindful of the time sacrificed by the volunteers and kept all meetings brief and organized.
The event itself was tiring in that every volunteer played numerous roles. However, the joy of seeing every one of the family participants so energized throughout the entire event was most satisfying. It was definitely a very positive experience that I'll be happy to do all over again should another opportunity present itself.
